Your Questions About Stop Hair Loss Naturally

by Kayla Bernard Leave a Comment

Ken asks…

How to tame curly hair without using damaging products?

I kept straighting my hair and it became curly and frizzy. I want to stop straighting it because it causes hair loss. What should i do to keep my hair nice without damaging it?

sam smith answers:

Just let it be curly- it wants to be that way! Shampoo and condition with a hydrating conditioner- I like Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Balm. Then towel-dry and scrunch some Paul Mitchell Super Sculpt through it (about a quarter-size amount). It will dry naturally in cute little ringlets. If you really don’t want it to look curly, do the same shampoo and conditioner and then, when it’s still quite wet, put some product in it and comb it out, then pull into a little bun at the back of your neck. It will dry that way, and when you take the bun out, the top of your hair will be all sleek and smooth and the bottom will have a fun little wave to it.

George asks…

What are good anti hair loss treatment products for african hair?

I have relaxed hair that used to be long, healthy and strong. Since I’ve recovered from thyroid disease, my hair‘s been thinning and falling, not too drastically but it’s growing super slowly. I eat healthy, drink lots of water and stopped wearing extensions. What are good hair treatment for hair loss? I heard René Furterer bulbs were good but do you have good suggestions?

sam smith answers:

Most hair loss treatments can be brought over the counter. Some of them can be very expensive. But you can save a lot of money by considering natural hair loss treatments over these costly remedies. While there is no sure fire way of getting all your hair back, there are ways of stopping the balding process and regaining some of your hair naturally. Consider these natural hair loss treatments before buying those expensive medications.

Onion bulbs – With onion bulbs, there is no need to hunt down exotic ingredients for healthier hair and scalp. This can be found in most kitchens and can help with hair loss problems. When using onions for hair loss treatments, simply rub the juice directly to the hair and let sit for up to 1 hour. This will help in boosting hair growth as well as making hair strands stronger.

Cayenne Pepper – Applying cayenne pepper to the scalp stimulates hair follicles and blood circulation. You can make cayenne pepper paste by mixing it with some water. Apply to your hair directly and let sit for 30 minutes. This will help in hair re-growth.

Soy – Soy is a good source of isoflavone which are said to have anti-oxidant properties similar to Vitamin E. The use of soy for hair treatments averts hair loss.

Jojoba Oil – Jojoba oil cleanses the scalp and helps stop the production of sebum. Too much sebum in the scalp leads to slow hair growth. It also contains anti-oxidants which prevents hair damage, rejuvenates and makes the scalp healthy. This is one of the most commonly used hair loss treatment ingredient.

Pumpkin Seed – Lower DHT levels in the body naturally with pumpkin seed. These contain natural oils that stop hair thinning. They work by producing delta-7-sterine which inhibits DHT levels.

Ginko Bilboa – Ginko Bilboa is an ancient Chinese remedy that spans generations. It is primarily used to regulate blood circulation. It is especially beneficial to the scalp as increased blood flow will help in hair re-growth and help maintain a healthy head of hair.

Robert asks…

How to prevent hair loss naturally?

My mum’s hair is losing, do you guys know some products to prevent her hair losing?

sam smith answers:

It is better using the natural products to stop the hair loss than using the chemical drugs hairstyles, and using the natural products would be cheaper than the chemical drugs. There are plant of natural products can stave off the thinning hair. Let’s start to stop the hair losing before the Christmas.

1.Saw Palmetto: This herb is sometimes used to treat enlargement of the prostate. This is because Saw Palmetto blocks the production of DHT (a metabolite of testosterone) hairstyles, a contributing factor to enlarging of the prostate. Because DHT production also causes hair loss, Saw Palmetto has been shown in some small studies to be effective for preventing hair loss in some men. It was first used

2.Nettle root: Those little plants with the big sting are good for something after all hairstyles. Nettle root is another treatment which blocks the production of chemicals which enlarge the prostate.

3.They are the same ones that can cause hair loss hairstyles. Evidence suggests that nettle root may not only stave off baldness, but may actually regenerate hair growth.

4.Vitamins: Your mother told you they were good for you, but you may not know they’re good for your hair hairstyles too. Vitamin A is an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp.

5.Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The ‘B’ vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation.

6.In addition to these ingredients, which help stop hair loss naturally, massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage.

7.Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three).( but if your head gets wet you will be able to smell it )

8.Try rubbing your hair with rangoli henna.
