What is the main reason behind losing hair?
I’ve just turned 19 and I’m already losing hair. What could be the main reason behind it? Can someone tell me? And how to avoid it and how to stop losing hair naturally.
sam smith answers:
Good healthy hair starts with good internal health. Have you ever noticed people that look really healthy have nice shiny full heads of hair? If I would you I would go into your local guru in wholistic medicine and see what natural supplement the can offer for robust hair growth. I’ve had success with a product called Provillus also.

What is the main reason behind losing hair? a lots or hair in my bed ?
I’ve just turned 17 and I’m already losing hair. What could be the main reason behind it? Can someone tell me? And how to avoid it and how to stop losing hair naturally.
sam smith answers:
It could be from not eating the right foods, lacking vitamins and stuff like that. I’ve also heard it can be from stress? Or possibly even your shampoo.
But if you think it could be the first one- the fact you’re lacking vitamins. You may need mroe protein in your diet. Like yogurt eggs or beans. Check out the website i found down there maybe? Scroll down about half way.
I hope everything goes ok.

How to combat excessive hair loss?
I’m just hitting sixteen, but I lose like around 35 strands of hair (at least) everyday! This isn’t normal! HELP!
How can I stop myself from losing all that hair? I have naturally wavy hair that’s pretty thin to begin with, and it’s barely shoulder length right now.
if you’re wondering, i eat healthily but are there any foods that i should consume more of?
sam smith answers:
I understand your pain, I actually started losing my hair around 17 years old and was very frustrated. I completed a massive amount of research and consulted several dermatologists to see if there was a reason for the hair loss at an early age. Hair loss is not caused by your genes, it is actually caused when Dihydrtestoterone (DHT) enters the body, it cuts off the blood flow and the hair follicles begin to thin. I did not realize that hair loss is a direct cause of hormone testosterone. I can say that vitamins do work, preferably the whole food kind that is not synthetic. You cannot find these at Wal-Mart. You need to go to a whole food or natural health store/physician. Note that natural vitamins are made from foods which are the everyday nutrients that you may be missing in your diet . Natural vitamins can be taken without eating something because they are natural, like food. Synthetic vitamins have to be taken with food because they are not real and it is hard for them to breakdown in your body to give you what you need. This is a start because it slowed my hair loss down.

How do you stop your hair from getting frizzy when you blowdry?
When I blowdry, or even when I let my hair dry naturally, its always slightly frizzy. I’d like to lose the frizz. So could you explain to me how you eliminate frizz from your hair while blowdrying and airdrying? And if you recommend a product, could you please tell me exactly how you use it? Thanks.
sam smith answers:
Dove anit-frizz shampoo and conditioner
Chris asks…
If someone maliciouly keeps pulling your hair out little by little, will it grow back out?
I think when someone pulls on your hair piece by piece because it looks nice at work is very immature and malicious thing to do. Especially when you are already starting to loose hair naturally. They can do it one hair at a time in a way that you don’t feel it because yiou are concentrating and busy working. They think its funny. I don’t.
Will it ever grow back or does this damage the follicles?
sam smith answers:
Can’t you ask them to stop?
When I was a little kid…I pulled my own hair out once somewhere in the back of my head, and it took more than one year for it to grow back. It was an embarrassing experience for me. I believe for some reason the hair on your scalp takes much longer to grow back than your body or facial hair once it’s pulled out. Strange I know.
Anyway, pulling out the hair doesn’t destroy the hair follicles in the skin. Although if you think you are suffering from hair-loss then that’s another problem! If you’r losing hair you should stick to products like Serenoa repens, the saw palmetto, propecia pills and also use those laser hair rejuvenation kits to avoid it.
