Your Questions About Prevent Hair Loss Women Home Remedies

by Kayla Bernard Leave a Comment

Linda asks…

what are some remidies and products to keep your hair soft?

I just want maby some hair products and home remedies within budget .

sam smith answers:

Soft, shiny & healthy hair comes from: Good genes. Good hair care. Good foods from Mother Nature not made my man like John Frieda or supplements found @ GNC. Those products can only do more harm than good.. You’ll get 12 responses, suggesting 12 different brands.

I’ve used the same cheapest shampoo Garnier for Normal Hair for over 15 years (no conditioner – we have soft water). When traveling, I briefly rinse with bottled water. Celebrities rinsed theirs with Perrier water. ~ InStyle mag. You can also use plastic curlers to set your hair, to get them silkier, softer, smoother. Blow dry. Take them out. Brush to style or tousle with your fingers. Retro styles are back!

Washing less often, builds the natural oil your hair needs, to get them smoother, shinier, silkier, softer. Man-made products are just temporary, until you wash them again, and at the same time washing off the natural oil your hair NEEDS. Hair product just absorbs on your hair if they’re dry, like a sponge.

The hair industry is a billion dollar business, they sell products that cleans & condition the hair. They also sell products that damage and causes hair loss. They also DO NOT give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss due to ‘abuse’. Mechanical, chemical, or thermal styling. Hair straighteners and relaxers top the hair products pose the greatest risks. Hair relaxers, related products marketed heavily to African-American women, are dangerous because they may contain powerful chemicals such as lye, a toxic substance also used in drain cleaners.

In Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa where we stayed in Ireland, on in the best hotels in Spain example Con Gentileza (costing 15 Euro or Eau de Cartier all over shampoo they have hotel shampoos bottled together as Body Wash & Shampoo in one. .

I’ve been using whatever shampoos they have in all the luxury hotels (Ireland) and it did the same as if I washed my hair with over the counter brand. The only difference? I briefly rinse my hair with bottled water, to help condition the hair because their water is not the same as Oregon water, but they taste the same. My hair still feel soft, silky, shiny & smooth. So salon, or spa products or over the counter, my hair doesn’t change in texture.

Hair products are not made of glue to fix, repair, prevent, reverse hair from getting damaged.

It’s the dirty little secret shampoo companies don’t want you to know—when you wash your hair with one of those nutrient-rich shampoos, most of the nutrients and active ingredients in the product don’t actually end up in your hair, they wind up down the drain… along with all the money you spent on the shampoo.
Why does this happen? Because the shampoo molecules they contain are too large to penetrate the cells of hair and more importantly the tiny hair follicles where our hair actually grows. They sit atop the follicle until we wash them away.
Why is that a problem?
Our hair works basically the same way—if you want to treat your hair right, you need to treat the roots.

HOW you use to style your hair or what styling tools that damage the hair, and what chemicals you’re adding to the hair, not the shampoo.

Best advice from Hollywood’s well known hairstylist in the 80’s once said: “Keep foods in your mouth and hair products on your hair.”

If you’ve straightened your hair in the past, it may grow slowly or none at all.

NO MATTER which link you picked, they all suggest the same foods. Your hair may be the fastest-growing tissue in the body but, unlike the skin, it cannot repair itself. That is why getting the right balance of vitamins and proteins is imperative. Don’t expect to look like you’ve stepped out of a hair commercial the day after you’ve changed your diet. It is likely to take at least three months before you actually see tangible results. Hair is dead, but hair also has electrical energy; the negative charge of damaged hair can lead to flyways and unruly hair.

Cutting your split ends yourself, spend 5-10 mins. On a sunny day so you can easily spot them, using a 2” scissors, cut strand by strand, section by section, allowing new growth to take over. Ake the hair look healthier while it’s growing. Even healthy hair like mine get them, due to normal brushing & styling.

Best answer comes from people with Avatars, showing their healthy shiny, soft, silky, smooth hair.
Myth: Rinsing with ice-cold water after a shampoo will give you shinier hair.
Truth: It might wake you up, but a dousing of cold water will have no effect on the shininess of your tresses.

Jenny asks…

What is a good remedy for curing hair loss?

I heard that onions are effective. If this is true, how should I apply them to the scalp? Any other suggested remedies are appreciated.

sam smith answers:

The only thing proven to help stop hair loss in women is Rogaine. This is only if you suspect your hairloss is heredity or age related. Rogaine won’t stop hairloss due to hormones, thyroid, pregnancy, etc… Don’t buy into all the home remedies like onions and egg whites. The sooner you take action to prevent the loss, the better your results will be. Nioxin products, which are only available in salons, and the laser comb are two products that make your hair seems thicker and fuller. They may not stop hairloss, but they can help your existing hair look better.

Lizzie asks…

How to make hair super shiny, soft, and silky?

My hair is not bad at all, I’m just wondering how to add some extra silk and shine without making my hair look oily! Home remedies, hair products..anything helps! Thanks xx

David asks…

How to deal with hair loss? HAIR LOSS PREVENTION? GOING BALD! IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GROW MY HAIR BACK?

Hello, I am losing a lot of my hair. Does anyone have any advice on how I can grow my hair back? It’s really depressing, especially now that I’ve lost around 15% of my hair. Any advice would be well appreciated!

sam smith answers:

There’s only two drugs clinically tested and FDA approved : Minoxidil (Rogaine and other brands) and Finasteride (Proscar, Propecia, etc.), there are some interesting drugs too like Dutasteride or Follica but there aren’t enough studies yet.
If you’re into natural stuff, the only one that might be helpful is Saw Palmeto (there are capsules for sale in natural shops) because it contains anti androgens similar to the ones found on Propecia.

Minoxidil if you buy generic brands it’s quite cheap and Proscar if you get the generic version it’s reasonably cheap and will last you a long time.

Quite frankly all the other stuff are either placebos or scams.
